- Return Air Ticket Reservation – Will Be Provided By Travel Agent
- Hotel Live Reservation – Will Be Provided By Travel Agent
- Proof Of Health Insurance
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Letter Of Health Declaration – Will Be Provided By Travel Agent
- Letter Of Consent To Pay For Medical Expenses – Will Be Provided By Travel Agent
Job Holder:
- 07 Months Valid Passport With Old Passport (If have)
- No objection certificate (NOC)
- Employee Id card copy (One photo copy)
- Personal bank solvency certificate
- Hotel reservation
- Visiting Card
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Recent 2 copy photographs taken in the last 3 months (white background only, photo size 4X6 cm)
- Bank Statement showing a minimum of USD$ 2,000 (two thousand US dollars) for each applicant.
Businessman:
- 07 Months Valid Passport With Old Passport (If have)
- Renewal trade license copy with notary public (english translated)
- Personal bank solvency certificate
- Hotel reservation
- Visiting Card
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Recent 2 copy photographs taken in the last 3 months (white background only, photo size 4X6 cm)
- Bank Statement showing a minimum of USD$ 2,000 (two thousand US dollars) for each applicant.
