Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Australia)

Requirement:

Basic Document:-

• Six (06) Months Valid Passport with Old Passport if have one.
• Personal Bank Statement / Company Bank Statement for the Last Six (06) Months.
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• Visiting Card.
• Recent Two (02) Copy Photo. (35 mm X 45 mm, White background), not older than 03 months
• National Identity Card Copy.
• Income Tax Certificate ( Last 03 Years )

For Business Person:- 

• Renewal Trade License.
• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where director’s names are mentioned). (If you are an owner-director of a company)
• Office Pad / Company Letter Head Pad
• Import / Export Certificate – if any

For Job Holder:-

• No Objection Certificate (NOC)
• Salary Certificate
• Pay Slips – if any
• G.O (Government Order) for Official Passport
• BMDC certificate for Doctor
• BAR Council Certificate for Advocate

For Student:-

• Student ID card photocopy.
• Leave letter from school, college, or university
• Birth Certificate (only for children & infants).

Others:- 

• Marriage Certificate Copy (If Spouse name not mentioned in Passport)
• Other financial documents ( Fixed deposit/Sanchay Patra/Share documents ) – if any
• Credit card statement – if any
• Asset Valuation (Summary of Property, Bank Statement, Fixed Deposit, and Other Financial Documents).
• Family information ( Parents, Spouse, Child & Sibling’s name, date of birth & current country of residence )

Sponsor documents : (if any )

1. Invitation Letter
2. Passport copy
3. Tenancy agreement copy/Driving License Copy (Any documents for address verification)
4. Bank statement – is possible
