DAY 1 – OCT 31: HANOI ARRIVAL
Upon arrival in Hanoi, a warm welcome then transfer guests to the hotel for check-in.
Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 2 – NOV 01: HANOI – HA LONG BAY (OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE) (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for Ha Long Bay (200km ~ 4-hour drive) through the beautiful scenery of green rice fields, water buffalos, and everyday Vietnamese village life in the Red River Delta. The seaside city is famous for Ha Long Bay – a beautiful natural wonder in northern Vietnam. One of the main attractions of Ha Long is the UNESCO Heritage – Ha Long Bay with calm water and the thousands of limestone mountains dotting the seascape.
Arrive at Tuan Chau Island and check in on the cruise. A welcome drink is served on arrival before enjoying lunch on board with fresh seafood. A fantastic cruise in Ha Long Bay – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, passing through so many amazing islets such as Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, and Sail Island.
Enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board.
Towards the end of the day, the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations.
Dinner with fresh seafood.
Squid fishing or relaxing and chatting with your friends & family.
Overnight on board.
DAY 3 – NOV 02: HA LONG BAY – HANOI – HO CHI MINH (B, BRUNCH)
Light breakfast with tea, coffee, fruit, and cake is served.
Enjoy your fresh morning in the middle of the bay, the sun rises on Ha Long in the morning with Tai Chi exercise on the sundeck.
The wholesome brunch is served while the vessel cruises slowly through the magnificent rock formations and back toward the port.
Enjoy the tranquil scenery as the boat meanders its way through the bay on the way back to Ha Long City, etc.
Disembarkation & drive back to Hanoi.
Transfer to Noi Bai airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in and relax.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 4 – NOV 03: MEKONG DELTA TOUR – HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Spend around a 2-hour drive to My Tho. Explore the beautiful countryside by sampan & rowboat on this discovery expedition into the lush Mekong Delta. Your crew is set to welcome you aboard and set off on a leisurely cruise on the Mekong River. From the boat’s unique vantage point, observe life as it is lived along the river – a fascinating procession of boats both big and small, casting their nets, and brilliant landscapes in every shade of green. Stop along the way to visit local family businesses manufacturing honey tea, banana wine, and the traditional way to harvest honey and pick fruit.
Board a small rowing sampan to explore the diversity of the ecosystem along the riverbanks and the narrow and tranquil armlets lined with nipa palm trees. End your day by stopping at the local family business making coconut candy.
Drive you back to Ho Chi Minh City.
We will take Saigon’s dynamic city tour: a photo-stop at Neo-Roman Notre Dame Cathedral (Renovation period) – one of the most splendid and typical of the beautiful French-built churches in Ho Chi Minh city, next Municipal Post Office – Saigon’s French-style main post office to admire and take photos of its nice architecture that is one of the Ho Chi Minh City’s symbolizing images, Opera House, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Bach Dang River Park.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 5 – NOV 04: HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE (B)
Breakfast at hotel.
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight home.
