🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Tourism preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales & Marketing (Specially Travel/Tourism preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication in Bangla & English, persuasive sales ability, basic IT knowledge.
