Senior Executive (Sales & Marketing)

🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Customer consultation: Provide detailed guidance on travel packages, visa processes, and ticketing.
  • Lead management: Track inquiries, maintain records, and convert leads into bookings.
  • Cross-selling opportunities: Suggest add-on services like insurance, hotels, and tours.
  • Problem resolution: Handle customer complaints promptly.
  • Documentation support: Assist clients with paperwork for visas and travel insurance.
  • Digital engagement: Use social media to promote offers and engage customers.
  • Package customization: Tailor travel packages to client preferences and budgets.
  • After-sales service: Follow up with clients post-travel to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work with ticketing, visa, and operations teams for smooth delivery.
  • Daily client interaction: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Sales target achievement: Work towards monthly booking goals set by management.
  • Promotional support: Assist in designing flyers, social posts, and digital campaigns.
  • Database management: Update CRM systems with client details and booking history.
  • Upselling techniques: Encourage clients to upgrade packages or add premium services.
  • Event participation: Represent the agency at local fairs and exhibitions.
  • Feedback collection: Gather client reviews and share insights with management.
  • Continuous learning: Stay updated on visa rules, airline policies, and new destinations.
🎓 Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree ( Business/Marketing/Tourism preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 01 years in Specially Sales/Customer Service/Marketing (freshers may apply if satisfied).
  • Skills: Strong communication in Bangla & English, persuasive sales ability, basic IT knowledge.
  • Passion: Interest in travel, tourism, and customer engagement.
