Can I change the name on my ticket?
All reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person traveling – no nicknames. For international travel, the name on the reservation must be EXACTLY as it appears on the traveler’s passport.

However, if you would like a hard copy of your airline ticket delivered by post, we can arrange this for you with a small service or transportation fee. You are also welcome to visit our office, where we will provide a hard copy free of charge.
