Visa Requirements
Zaara Tourism & Travels Facilitates you with Hong Kong visa from Bangladesh.
HONG KONG VISA REQUIREMENTS (BUSINESS/LEISURE/TRANSIT)
- Application form – ID1003A, ID520 & Authority Letter signed by the applicant. (Application form will be provided by Zaara Tourism & Travels)
- Photocopies of the passport with all visas and endorsements. If there is no visa in the passport, submit a photocopy of the full passport. (Original Passport must be shown at the time of application submission).
- Forwarding letter (on company letterhead will be added value) mentioning the purpose & plan of the visit (To – The Director of Immigration, Immigration Department, Hong Kong).
- One recent photograph (45*50 mm) as specified in Form ID 1003A (Please affix it with glue).
- Flight arrangement (PNR) & accommodation (Hotel booking if overnight stay) in Hong Kong.
- Bank statement with Solvency Certificate – at least the last six months (Company + Personal). Outstanding balance should be minimum 4-5 lacs.
- Latest TIN certificate in English (Company + Personal) with TAX return acknowledgment and Certificate copy (last 2 years)
- Photocopy of Business registration certificate/Trade License Translated into English and notarized.
- For the employee- Employment certificate mentioning with joining date, designation & salary.
- One additional set of all documents must be submitted along with visa applications.
- NID (with English translated and Notary public).
Sponsor Documents (For e-Visa) if applicable:
– Company chop (for applications in which the sponsor is a company)
– Business Registration Certificate (for applications in which the sponsor is a company)
– Hong Kong identity card and/or travel document (pages showing personal particulars, latest condition and limit of stay/landing slip and any amendments made, such as those relating to personal particulars or document validity) and/or latest “e-Visa” (if applicable) [for a non-permanent resident of the HKSAR only] (for applications in which the sponsor is an individual)
– Other supporting documents
* Processing time: minimum 8–12 weeks.
